Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (can use rotisserie or leftover chicken)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure your dip is evenly cooked and heated through.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo wing sauce, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and optional blue cheese crumbles.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. The cheese on top should be melted and slightly golden.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
