Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Fish (any fish that’s usually fried)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2/3 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli or cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Mix the flour, chili powder, salt, and pepper either in a dish or a bag.
  2. Dry off fish, dip in milk then in flour mix and fry until golden and fish is cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
  3. Serve with a slice of lemon.
