- 8 ounces Fish (any fish that’s usually fried)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2/3 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Chilli or cayenne pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Mix the flour, chili powder, salt, and pepper either in a dish or a bag.
- Dry off fish, dip in milk then in flour mix and fry until golden and fish is cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
- Serve with a slice of lemon.
