Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken Teriyaki can be as fancy or simple as you want! Add whatever frozen or fresh vegetables you have on hand to fill it out. You can eat it on its own, but we recommend over rice or even noodles! This recipe tries to keep things simple with premade Teriyaki sauce! But if you want to make up your own, go for it! When you’re cutting up your chicken, go for smaller pieces for faster cooking and easier eating.

Fish Veracruz

Fish Veracruz

Pescado a la Veracruzana literally means fish in the style of Veracruz. Fish Veracruz is a light, colorful, and simple Mexican dish with tomatoes, capers and olives. As we mention in the ingredient list, there are a wide variety of fishes you can use for this dish. Halibut is our personal favorite, but it’s all up to you. And don’t skimp on the garlic. and lemon. You’ll thank us later 🙂

Stuffed Bread

Stuffed Bread

Intro Sometimes the most delicious dishes don’t have the most appetizing names, like brown butter for example. If you had never had brown butter but just knew about it from its deceptively “blah” name you would have no idea that brown butter is quite simply one of the most amazing smells/tastes known to man. Rather…

Pasta Frittata recipes

Pasta Frittata

Pasta frittatas are a beloved recipe on this site. Use leftover pasta or just make it from scratch. The result is filling and delicious. We recommend spaghetti because we like the texture but any long pasta will do. Also, feel free to add in any cooked veggies for some extra vitamins. We usually use what we have on hand, but zucchini is really good in this dish!

Wild Garlic Pasta

Wild Garlic Pasta

I’ve become weary – and wary – of the American aisles in European supermarkets. And have come to the conclusion that people think we all eat badly because we live on bottled salad dressings, orange cheese in squirt bottles, and strawberry Fluff, which is something I’ve never seen in America. And I like Fluff just…

Pasta Puttanesca

Pasta Puttanesca

“Whore’s pasta.” Was ever a name so perfectly suited to a dish? This is edgy, spicy, and just the right side of wrong, conjuring up visions of Neapolitan streets and dangerous women in tight dresses.–Sophie Dahl LC Hurry It Up Already! Note When time constraints scream for takeout, consider tossing together this weeknight-friendly pasta instead.…

Kimchi Pasta

Kimchi Pasta

Kimchi pasta is a quick flavorful pasta that brings together just a few ingredients in a dish that blurs the line between Korean and Italian food. Any kimchi will do, just grab your favorite homemade option or whatever your store has on hand. And if you’re not used to spicy food, we recommend going easy on the gochujang. It’s spicy and delicious, but can be a little overwhelming if you’re not prepared for it!

Pumpkin Bread

Now here is a recipe that can be used during the Thanksgiving season as well as the Christmas season although when it comes to food and of course I know how to prepare all the recipes that I share with everyone everyday can be a holiday for me depending on what my taste is for a particular day. Every persons taste is different and that is what makes the world go around, but there isnÂ’t much that I donÂ’t like when it comes to the sweet things.
