2 tbsp. of packed brown sugar
4 tsp. of ground cumin
2 tsp. of kosher salt
2 tsp. of paprika
2 tsp. of dried oregano

4 (6-oz.) tilapia filets
2 tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil

2 avocados, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeño, minced
2 tbsp. of chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
