This is a perfect salad to start a weekend brunch also a good starter for any lunch or dinner. I made this salad for a men Vodka dinner party last Saturday

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 pound white fish
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup red onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vodka
  • Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
  • Parsley to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Poach the fish till just tender. With a fork, break the fish into large meaty chunks, arrange the pieces on a serving plate. Mix the sour cream, pepper, salt, onion and parsley tougher in the serving plate. Garnish the dressing with little more parsley and pour the vodka over the dressing
