Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1 – Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and egg together. Shape in 1″ meatball and fry over medium heat until brown and cooked. Marinate in barbecue sauce for 1 hour or longer.
2 – Thread kabob skewers, allowing 3 meatballs per skewer. Brush with melted butter and place on the grill.
3 – Let cook for 2- 3 minutes per side, turning occasionally until the meat has the grill mark. Serve hot with barbecue sauce.
