Turkey Avocado Lettuce Wrap
- 1 spray vegetable oil spray
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 ounces turkey breast - sliced
- 1/2 tomato - wedged
- 1/2 avocado - sliced
Spray a nonstick skillet with vegetable oil spray and hear it over medium-high heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook, for about 2 mins per side.
Spread the mayonnaise down the center of each lettuce leaf. Lay the turkey breast slices into the lettuce leaves, then the bacon, tomato and avocado. Wrap it up and enjoy.
