Do you own a Crock Pot? If so, then I have a delicious recipe for you today. It’s a healthy beef recipe, that’ll give you the right mix of protein, iron and of course you’ll have a nice size portion of broccoli as well. The end result is a tasty meal for you and your family.


  • 1 pound boneless beef chuck (slice into strips)
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce (use low sodium)
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 3 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup white rice (pre-cooked)
